Privacy Policy

UniPlan è un'app non ufficiale che mostra lezioni ed esami dei corsi di studio che scegli. Non è collegata né approvata dall'Università degli Studi di Padova, dall'Università Ca' Foscari Venezia o dall'Università degli Studi di Trieste.

In breve

• Nessun account, nessuna registrazione, nessuna pubblicità.
• Nessuno strumento di analisi o di tracciamento.
• Non raccolgo, non ricevo e non vendo nessun tuo dato personale. Non esiste un server dell'app.
• Le tue scelte restano sul tuo telefono.

Che cosa l'app salva sul telefono

• I corsi che segui (ateneo, corso, anno, gruppo, materie scelte).
• Una copia dell'orario e degli appelli scaricati, per usarli senza rete.
• Gli esami che segni come fatti o le materie che segni come superate.
• Le impostazioni: tema, notifiche, promemoria degli esami.

Questi dati non lasciano il telefono. Se elimini l'app, vengono cancellati. Puoi anche togliere un corso dalla scheda Corso.

Il backup automatico di Android/iCloud (Google/Apple) può includere questi dati se lo hai attivato nelle impostazioni del telefono. Lo gestisce il produttore del sistema operativo, non l'app.

Che cosa l'app scarica da internet

Per mostrarti orari ed esami, l'app contatta direttamente i servizi pubblici degli atenei:

• UniPD: agendastudentiunipd.easystaff.it (EasyStaff).
• Ca' Foscari: www.unive.it, apps.unive.it e orari.unive.it.
• Università di Trieste: orari.units.it (EasyStaff).

Queste richieste contengono solo il codice del corso, l'anno e le materie che hai scelto. Non contengono il tuo nome, la tua email né identificativi del dispositivo. Come per ogni connessione internet, gli atenei possono vedere l'indirizzo IP e trattarlo secondo le proprie informative.

L'app non usa login e non accede ai tuoi dati su Esse3 o su altri servizi riservati. Quando tocchi un link (per esempio la mappa, la pagina di un insegnamento o Esse3), si apre il browser o l'app di mappe del sistema, che hanno le proprie informative.

Permessi

• Internet: scaricare orari ed esami.
• Notifiche: avvisarti di lezioni, modifiche all'orario e promemoria degli esami. Le chiede l'app solo dopo che hai aggiunto un corso. Puoi disattivarle in ogni momento.
• Avvio del dispositivo (Android): rimettere in programma i promemoria dopo un riavvio del telefono.

Minori

L'app non raccoglie dati personali di nessuno, minori compresi.

Modifiche

Se questa informativa cambia, aggiorno la data in cima e la nuova versione sarà nell'app o nella scheda dello store.

UniPlan is an unofficial app that shows lessons and exams for the degree programmes you choose. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the University of Padua, Ca' Foscari University of Venice or the University of Trieste.

Summary

• No account, no sign-up, no ads.
• No analytics or tracking tools.
• I do not collect, receive or sell any personal data. The app has no server.
• Your choices stay on your phone.

What the app stores on your phone

• The courses you follow (university, course, year, group, chosen subjects).
• A copy of the downloaded timetable and exam dates, so it works offline.
• Exams you mark as done and subjects you mark as passed.
• Settings: theme, notifications, exam reminders.

This data never leaves your phone. Uninstalling the app deletes it. You can also remove a course in the Corso tab.

Android/iCloud automatic backup (Google/Apple) may include this data if you turned it on in your phone settings. The OS maker manages it, not the app.

What the app downloads

To show timetables and exams, the app contacts the universities' public services directly:

• UniPD: agendastudentiunipd.easystaff.it (EasyStaff).
• Ca' Foscari: www.unive.it, apps.unive.it and orari.unive.it.
• University of Trieste: orari.units.it (EasyStaff).

These requests contain only the course code, year and subjects you chose. They do not contain your name, email or device identifiers. As with any internet connection, the universities can see your IP address and handle it under their own policies.

The app has no login and does not access your data on Esse3 or any other private service. When you tap a link (for example a map, a course page or Esse3), your browser or the system's maps app opens, and they have their own policies.

Permissions

• Internet: download timetables and exams.
• Notifications: tell you about lessons, timetable changes and exam reminders. The app asks only after you add a course. You can turn them off at any time.
• Run at startup (Android): reschedule reminders after the phone restarts.

Children

The app collects no personal data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, I update the date at the top and the new version appears in the app or on the store listing.
